How to get to Fuschl

Different options, all leading to an excellent outcome

From Salzburg

From Salzburg Central Station:

With the „Postbus“ (direction „St. Gilgen via Hof–Fuschl“ or „Bad Ischl via Hof–Fuschl–St. Gilgen–Strobl“) it takes approximately 30 minutes to reach Fuschl.

From Salzburg Airport:

Take bus line 2 to Salzburg Central Station and switch there to the “Postbus” (direction „St. Gilgen via Hof–Fuschl“ or „Bad Ischl via Hof–Fuschl–St. Gilgen–Strobl“) to get to Fuschl. The total journey time is approximately 1 hour.

By Taxi:

It takes about half an hour by taxi from Salzburg to Fuschl. Total costs therefore are between € 50 to € 60. Taxis of the city of Salzburg can be reached via +43 (0) 662/8111 or +43 (0) 662/1715.

From Munich

In case you are departing from Munich, the fastest way will be via Salzburg as well. The train from Munich to Salzburg takes approximately 1,5 – 2 hours. From Salzburg the „Postbus“ continues for about 30 minutes to Fuschl (from there, follow the directions from Salzburg Airport).
